YS 140L not starting

Sounds like the regulator is clogged with 
congealed oil.  This can happen when the motor 
has sat for a while after having being run. 
Running the motor "dry" at the end of the day can 
help prevent this, but it still occasionally 
happens.

You can either remove the regulator and 
physically clean it out or alternatively you can 
try using a fuel pump to force some raw fuel 
through it.
