Bob,
I think next years masters pattern is going to be a lot of fun in itself. Been playing around with it for several months now, and I really enjoy flying it, probably because it is something new for me and more difficult than what I am flying now, so it is a new challenge...lol..and as for you having fun next year or what....I believe that you and I are a lot allike in that arena, I believe we would have fun no matter what.....vbg...Larry....

>> Bob,
>>
>> The 2005 Masters pattern has a reverse knife edge and a quarter half quarter manuever in it, that is all that I am saying. Reverse knife edge: Roll 1/4 roll one direction, pause, roll 1/2 roll oposite direction to other knife edge, pause, roll 1/4 roll oposite direction to upright position. Quarter half quarter: roll 1/4 roll, pause, roll 1/2 roll in same direction to oposite knife edge, pause, roll 1/4 roll in same direction to upright position. Same as was mentioned earlier, four poit roll without the inverted point. Maybe I am not stating it clearly...Larry...

When you look closer you will see that the maneuver is designed so that your plane will be almost level and upright just before for the snap component. The snap will be a single snap and will also be performed into the wind. All of these design decisions were calculated to make the maneuver more executable.
