Webra 1.45 problemI don't have any experience with this particular engine but I have a maintenance procedure that works well for all.
1. Replace what is easy.... Glow plug?
2. Replace what is cheap. ... Entire tank, fuel system, filters, etc.
3. Don't overlook the sneaky stuff... throttle servo&linkage, Electrical system causing receiver to into idle condition.
Keep the removed stuff in a box labeled "tested spares" after you have the problem sorted out.

Thanks a lot for this advice. It give me a lot to work with, I appreciate the detail.
I did have a typo on the prop, should have said 17x12.
