YS 91AC idle

    I have an idle problem with my YS 91 AC.   Start the engine, remove the glow battery, go to full throttle (after waiting for the
tank to get pressurized) come back to idle : I get about 2000 rpm but it does tend to slow down.  If I put the glow battery IT
SPEEDS UP SLOWLY TO 3000 RPM !
Take the battery off, and it will very slowly go back to about 2000 !
    I have replaced the regulator (don't remember having this problem before that) because the top end varied by 200 - 300 rpm.
That seems ok now.
    The idle problem is the same with my old OS FS plug and new YS plug, so its not the plug.  The fuel is Powermaster 20 20.
    Any ideas (besides buy a YS 110) ?
