Lead Acid Battery Charger

The Pb battery charge capability is one reason I picked up the "Triton"
from Great Planes. It charges Nicad, Nimh, Pb, and Li-ion. It is a nifty
little unit. It is very easy to use. I get the li-ions from
www.superbatterypacks.com, and use his charger for them. I have one
Harbor Freight AL box ($20). In the box is an old golf cart Yuasa
battery, the Triton, a Sirius charger (first bought in 1999), Bern's
cigarette stye li-ion charger, and some cables. All in all, it is a tidy
way to carry the charge stuff to the field. (again, the Triton charges
the lead acid battery when needed). The AL box is basically the size of a
transmitter case.

Hey Wayne,
If you're on commission, after reading your sales pitch, I bought one this
afternoon - only I paid $29 even.
