new e-mail address question

Hi all,

Sorry as some of this may be off topic.  I have a new e-mail address and was wondering what is the easiest way to change it for all the mailing lists?  Is there a way to do them all at once or do I have to unsubscribe and resubscribe to each list one at a time?  Also, is there a way to save my address book and favorites list?  Thanks in advance and sorry to e-mail somewhat off topic.  BTW, I am going from CompuServe to Cox high speed.
