Be wary of the wings? I know of two models were the wings almost folded. I
believe the wing tube started to pull out of the wing.

Bill and Matt have stated that spec is for the original....this version has
"lightened canopy" and fixed gear...things they say reduce the weight that
much.
    I have REAL good digital scales....and I'll weigh every piece...

And even if it's 5.5 kg, it will be lighter than MOST of my previous
efforts.....(current Viper 2M excluded - it is quite light)
