My vote also Wayne would be to replace. It is down in capacity and dead
NiCad's have been known to reverse polarity easily after being run down
dead. I don't know when or how that occurs but I have had it happen to me
more than once.
A rule of thumb I always use is I cycle a new pack and almost always get
more than their rated capacity, "SR" packs, and when that initial capacity
that pack had drops to 80% or 2 years of use I retire them. I never go to
80% of their rated capacity.
