John
.the charger I use now is the Shulze ISL 6-330D.
It is a discharger/charger with direct readout, charges all battery types including li-po, nimh, lead acid, gell cell
etc.
I use it at home and if needed at the field.
This charger uses the latest charging technology developed by Shulze and most of the Eflyers use them.
This model is the smallest of their units and is perfect for our use.
I even use it to cycle the 14.4 volt 2.2 amp starter pack.

I bought mine from rc-direct last year.
Mike Bird who was the premier radio technician at Kraft for so many years and then repairing JR radios at Circus Hobbies runs the place. He is still doing radio repair too.
I was at his shop just 3 weeks ago
..nice guy.
If you REALLY want to know whats going on with your batteries, Shulze is the only way to go
.AND you can get them serviced as well.
Occasionally, they have an upgrade they will provide for free
.see their web site.
