AMA renewal

It will take a while.  The no longer have "instant memberships".  The application/renewal has to be put into the database prior to them making and mailing a card.  I would expect 2-3 weeks right now, but why not call them at 1-800-I FLY AMA and find out?

  What is everyone's experience with receiving their AMA card after renewing online?  I went through the online process around three weeks ago.  I haven't received the card  by snale mail yet.  I did get confirmation of the transaction in just a short while...
