My only complaint is that if you leave the batteries connected after the charge cycle they will discharge fairly rapidly. The volt readouts must be loaded ??? The only info I found in the manual is that it does'nt trickle charge . The negative is that you need to pay attention , difficult .

It is a problem that is induced by those radio stands that we bolt onto the back of the handle. At the angle that it stands up the radio the "door" is often popped open. This happens mostly on hard surfaces
I cut off the lip that is used to open the door and that stops most of it happening. I do change the packs quite often for charging a back-up pack, so they know how to come out :-)
It happened once in flight. I heard the radio beep more than once and got failsafe a couple of times. I realized it was not the normal countdown-timer warning and that it was actually the radio-on sound - there is no sound when it switches off. I clasped the TX tightly in my grip and it beeped on again and I very gingerly landed. Nowadays I use a strip of packing tape to be absolutely safe.
I would prefer if the plug in pack had a retaining bolt of clip - might make one now...
