It doesn't look like the F3A section of the Sporting Code has been updated
yet.  You can get some information on the schedules from this page:
http://www.fai.org/aeromodelling/meetings/ but even that may be out of date!

For manoeuvre descriptions and downgrades look on the GBRCAA website:
http://www.gbrcaa.org/documents/schedules/schedule.htm  This is up-to-date
as far as I know and was checked by Bob Skinner.
