Well she lives!!!!! I ran 2 tanks through the motor. Still insanely rich on the low end but I am not going to worry about that right now. I will put a gallon through her and then start tweaking the needles. Thanks for all the advice. I leaned the low and high end needles and took the plugs out and spun her over with the starter to clean it out. I also put a fully charged RS glow driver on it. One other question. How long should a fully charged version 1 Radio South glow driver run before the battery dies? Either I got a false peak or the battery is going south. Once again thanks to everyone for the input.

You might not have turned the needle in all of the way, before you turned it out 1.5 turns. There is a hole in the needle ratchet grooves for a set screw that is used for needle extensions. The round indent on the needle ratchet spring-clip fits perfectly into the set screw hole. It fits so well that you may well believe that you have turned the needle in all of the way.. Mine went in a couple of turns after I got it to go past the restrictions.

I had some time on my hands so I built a engine test stand and mounted my new Mintor 170 and Mintor carbon pipe on it. I flipped the prop until the fuel came to the carb. Put the glow driver on and she tries to start but is spitting fuel out of the carb and flooding itself out.
The needles are set at what the factory says for breaking approx 1.5 on the high needle and the low in the middle.
I am running cool power 15%.
OS F plug in the rear A5 in the front
Temp approx 38 degrees F
I am concerned about the engine flooding so quickly. I even tried starting it with the high speed needle only turned out one turn. Could some one point me in the right direction? Give me the steps to setting up and starting? I flipped that thing for about 2.5 hours today. Arm is getting tired. I even tried heating up the cylinder with a covering heat gun. No joy in Mudville.
