Hello Nick,
I was told before, that mounting any the radio equipment within 12"-18" from a gas engine would create radio interferences. Own did you do prevent the problem with the Zenoah ?

Haven't mounted it to the beam per say, but have mounted the servo to the block my Zenoah 45 is directly mounted to. Many flights and no problems. I think the short linkage helps a lot, and the throttle movement is very precise as a result.

Okay - since you've opened it, read on :)
Thinking of mounting an adequately-sized micro/mini servo directly to the beams of a motor mount to control my OS 1.60 on my experimental Arresti III....
Anyone ever done this?
