Sitting in the plane or not ?

  Try this. When flying inverted fly the inboard wing tip. Push the stick the way that you want that inboard wing tip to go then no matter if you are going right to left or left to right you only have to remember one thing other than if you are going vertical and looking at the bottom of the airplane going up push the stick the way you want the tail to go and coming down push the stick the way you want the nose to go.
  You will soon forget to think left or right. If this works for you and someone asks you what rudder input to use pass this on it made a world of difference to me.
