Li-ion Batterys

I know that the nominal voltage for a 2 cell pack of Li-ions is 7.4 and
peak charge is 8.46v.  When load testing the pack at the field how much of
a load are you putting on them and at what voltage under load do you
recharge at the field.  Thanks for the input
