[SPAM] Voting Issues

I have given the opportunity to the process Tony posted on getting a new
ballot. I was patient in hopes of actually getting a USPS ballot. That seems
to have failed.

I sent email to Maureen 2 days ago and have not received a response. In that
time Maureen has responded to the discussion list. Soooo perhaps things are
not getting thru outside of the discussion list

I would like an email ballot. Please
