K Factor

I  too love the look of the new K-factor.
I do have a question that I've not seen discussed.
In my Dec issue many of the people's pics in their column heading are blank.
Maureen, Ron VP and quite a few more.
Did the files just not get to the new publisher in time  OR
Did I possibly get a  messed up copy?
Are these images missing in everyone's issue ?
