FYI all-
I just received my ballot yesterday 12-20-04, so there is hope!  The Pony
Express lives!  :-)  I am sending the rider back to FLA with a fresh horse
and more ammo....
I too have received no K-Factor yet.  Let's lynch the editor!

    Hey - Don't NSRCA officers rate special treatment? No? Well maybe that
explains why I haven't received my K-Factor either. I did get my ballot and

      Maybe part of problem was the way ballots were sent out. I took mine
to postmaster. I was  informed it should have been taped or stapled shut.
Mine was not. Were others sent out the same way? If so the postal sorting
equipment may have devoured some of them. Mine was received dog eared.
Unfortunately some members are possibly not going to be able to participate
in this election. That is a shame.
