fiberglass mesh in foam wings

Ed,
Don't waste your time with fiberglass mesh. Use a carbon fiber strip laid out as a spar instead. install the strip vertical in the core by making a depth tool with a #11 blade and make a slot in the core.Limit the depth to the width of the carbon fiber. epoxy the strips in... then sheet the wing. Use slow drying epoxy on the strips. The procedure should be done as one operation. ie. glue strips in... sheet wings.
