Yes  it did!  But I chose to live here, so I guess I'll just have to 
suck  it up, knowing that my kids often went swimming on New Years Day 
in years  past.

        You'll be interested to  note that it actually dipped below freezing 
here last night, in sunny Baton  Rouge.  We, also, suffer.
