Yes I remember that time. N-PAC was quite successful at changing some  
attitudes at headquarters as I recall.

In my days of controline stunt the  Navy hosted the Nats and that was the
reason they could be moved across the  country. Without some sponsors of this
magnitude I think it would not be  do-able on our budgets. Careful thought is
needed here.  (like you  said)
