Easy to do from a web service perspective. We have all the secure
authentication software written and in use already.
Down side, not every member has internet access. Some provision would have
to be made for on-request paper ballots.
Something for the new executive board to think about.

Which is a DANG good reason to go electronic, server/secure authentication
access voting for issues in the future. It's just too easy to do now...and
too cheap to ignore.
