Mureen:

My wife threw away my ballot by mistake. Could you send me a replacement. I am sorry.

Thanks,

Returning the ballot is very simple. Complete your ballot. Fold the green paper so the ballot and your mailing label are on the inside and Paul M. Campbell's address is on one side of the outside and the "Look For the Newly Designed K-Factor" is on the other side of the outside. Tape or staple (the post office prefers tape) the ballot, put a stamp on the outside right corner above Mr. Campbell's name and your return address on the left side. Mr Campbell will then have your address label and ballot on the inside when the tape is removed.

Really, guys/gals. You all build complicated airplanes. This shouldn't be too hard to figure out.

For everyone's information. The ballots were prepared and mailed out by our new publisher - for around $300 plus postage. The return address has Mr. Campbell's address simply so he can keep the ballots that were not delivered because of an address change, or incorrect address. After the ballots are counted and the election is over, the undelivered ballots can be returned to the secretary to follow up in the database. The addresses come from the database that is used to mail out K-Factors, so the addresses should be correct so all current USA members will receive a ballot.

Happy Holidays to all.

Maureen

Joe ,what are you planning to send back? I cannot figure it out, unless they
just want the ballot with no return address. That way there is no track to
an individual/number, but then how do the validate the vote? Office Depot
can run all you want that way.
