NSRCA Voting Process

How can one verify whether their votes(postcard) have been received and 
tabulated? This seems to have been left out of the process. Mine will go out 
in the mail tomorrow. You can never tell with the US Postal Service<g>. 
Seems like a simple verification by email would do for most people voting.

$5.00 says we will probably get a response similar to the rules survey. 
Seems like only a small percentage give darn. What a shame.
