New NMP pipe mounts from Central

Same type of mount as the Dave Brown. The plastic mounts are actually
different shape but its the same material.  I used them this past season and
they work the same.  Have about 400 flights on one model and another 100 on
a second model and they are the same mounts.

I mount the pipe at the front neck of the pipe just after the Teflon and at
the stinger with one of these pipe mounts in each location. Have not broken
headers or had them come loose. This is also without any header brace. With
this mounting scheme I have not had  problems with any pipes or headers.
Since 1998. I think I have broke one header since 98 and it was in a crash.
