Mueller header question

MessageKarls headers are very durable.   Breakage can occur and from what I have experienced is usually due to the way it is setup or touching something to fatigue it.

I have one that survived a hard crash and needed to be straightened but is still being used.

  Has anyone broken one of his OS 160 versions? I have only one and if it is possible that it will break due to fatigue I will order a backup. I recall that Mac's headers would break from time to time.
