Digital Cored vs. Digital Coreless Motored Servos

Does anyone know of a comprehensive test between digital cored vs digital coreless motored servos as far as resolution, response and the like are concerned?  With analog servos the differences were pretty dramatic, but I'm wondering if going coreless on digitals is as big a deal, and worth the expense.

If anyone has a website or a magazine reference, I'd be interested.
