4 Blade

4-5 years ago I had an ST 3250 in a Gator G-202 with a Cline regulator. I finally threw away the Cline and ran muffler pressure from a Bolly muffler. Don't remember the #.
Pressure came off the bolly at the high point and performance was then fine, except I had experienced too many "lean outs" with the regulator. As a result the engine lacked it's normal power.
With just pressure from the Bolly, the engine worked fine,no lean outs in the verticals, etc. Throttle response was good in all aspects except it took a few seconds to throttle down to idle.Typical 2 stroke sympton?
The tank was probably 16 ounces, and was mounted on the CG.

  Dave,
An aclimation phase and a learning phase and some money! On another subject, the physics say a hopper tank is of no value. What do you think? Is there a momentary value? Karl - bypass the hopper tank and report! Nat
