Haven't tried it, myself - but check out the label.  If it says anything
about acetone, don't use it on foam.  Try on a scrap first, anyway.
I have a hunch that bond strength in these products far exceeds what we
need, so the specific one isn't too critical.  I do know, however, not
to
leave a wing done with contact cement in the back of a car in the sun on
a
100 deg day.....the wing can take on a non-optimal shape......
