What's really confusing to me is that some of the best pilots I've seen fly are the ones that are cheating the most on the snaps. These guys are looked up to and the those in the lower classes are trying to copy their style. I'm going to bear down this year on the barrel rolling axle rolling never lose your heading cheaters. Take that as a warning from me in D5. OK I feel better now thanks, Mike

I do a lot of scoring. You would be surprised how few times the judges disagree by more than two points.
When they get to the point where they disagree by 1 point, I think we should just use one judge....

How can we have a maneuver in our sequence that we can't even agree upon? This debate is too hard to clearly answer. Is it a snap or a barrel roll? Was there a break in pitch or not? If it's a true snap than it must pitch, yaw and roll. Hmmm is that right? If it is than how would one achieve a perfect score because it would then have to deviate from the flight path. Hey how come so and so is doing crappy looking snaps that look like an axle roll scoring so much better than myself who is doing a true snap?
Bottom line is how am I suppose to judge it? We can't even get the judges at the World Championships to agree on it. I think that until the time comes that we can clearly understand it we have a huge problem. We should either come to a better understanding of the maneuver performed correctly or dump it.
But hey you might not agree in which case I still don't know how to judge you. Thanks, Mike
