NSRCA Formal Announcement

One of the issues here that Del is bringing up is that all new members
should get an information packet about the organization welcoming them with
open arms when they join. Is this done now or not? Seems to me if it is not,
it should be. One cannot assume that every new person who joins has ready
access to the internet. An information packet should at least be provided to
those who do not. Of course you can tell whether an information packet
should be sent if the person has designated an email address on the
application. And if they do have an email address designated, a PDF file
version of that packet should be provided to the individual anyway. No
brainer as I see it.

Another question I have about making nominations for District VP's is that
is an email to the board or specified board member sufficient?
