Best way to remove Monokote over monokote?

Hi, All,

I need to remove Monokote that is on top of Monokote.

What is the best way to do it?

I am trying to remove Metallic Blue, Neon Pink and Neon Green from Cup
yellow.

I can not see the plane well during the landing approach.
