Zimpro "Commercial"

I've had the Viper FG for a few days, and started working on things.  I
just *had* to brag a bit for Dennis Hunt at Zimpro Marketing (link on my
website).he builds these beautiful ARC's (like my Viper 202 of a few
years' back).
            This one, slightly smaller, but with plenty of wing, is
amazingly light.
 
The "commercial" is about his jig-building and setup.  As received from
him, the cutout for the stab fit absolutely PERFECTLY, in both
incidence, and alignment, and the stab fit the cutout equally well.  NO
change, not even light sanding, was required!!!  Then the wings had
exactly the incidence they needed, and are also perfectly square. (I use
a mm tape measure to check everything, and couldn't see any slop at all,
anyplace!)
 
If anyone wants an all-balsa, VERY nicely-ARC finished pattern bird,
give Dennis a call.  I can hardly wait to fly an airplane this true.
