Hospital Stay

Cute story, but it doesn't work for me.

I almost always fly little planes through the pattern in my mind as I
try to go sleep on Friday night before a contest, or on Saturday evening
of the contest. All it does is make me work and then I'm wide awake.
AAhhhhh!!!! I get hardly a wink of sleep.

Solution you ask? Good question. Drink a beer or a glass of wine before
bed, it'll make you sleepy. For those Master pilots (especially my
competitors) who don't drink, go ahead a fly the plane. Heh Heh!

Subject: Hospital Stay

I just got out of the hospital after a 3 day stay. Those of you who
have been incarcerated will know just how the hospital schedule will
conspire to prevent a decent night's sleep. A barracks is more
conducive.
So, as I was laying awake, I wondered how to drop off into never-never
land.  Tried all the usual.
Then, I decided to try visualization of the Intermediate Schedule.
Worked like a champion. Three times through it and I was in the arms of

Morpheus.  Try it!  It works.  (For everybody except Masters and F.A.I.;

 those I can't speak for.)
