Thanks Brian.
That's what I thought. 60 cps x 60 minutes = 3600 rpm. Then the 2 blade 
relationship of 3600  looking at the light means that the 3 blade reading 
should be 2400.   3600 div by 3 x 2 = 2400 rpm.
Just needed to engage brain.
