2004 NATS dates ?

Saw a post on the IMAC list from a Nats Planning meeting that Pattern is
Monday July 19th thru Thr July 22nd.  These are tentative dates from Tom
Wheeler, who was the IMAC rep at that meeting.  I have no idea if or how
this translates into official dates but I thought I'd share. Chuck
