JB Weld

I have a Steve Steale muffler and it did not come with the little buldge
that you are talking about.  I made the little buldge or lip with JB weld
and it works very well using the Central teflon coupler about 6 or seven
inches long.  I also use the Central header (with buldge) with metal spring
clamps.  Many flights and no leaking.  To get the teflon over the buldge I
use a hand held hair dryer to get the tube to slip over the buldge and in
the correction location.
