Derek,
Either one of those will work fine. I use a Supernova to charge my 1650mil
NiMh packs. Charge them at C10 rate to form them on the first charge and on
automatic peak detect. You can charge them at 1C after that. I have found
if NiMh's are not formed properly the charger will not peak detect them
properly on future charging. At least this is what I found on my smaller
packs (750 mil). I test mine periodically with a 1C discharge rate and
charge them at .5C.

Subject: NIMH TX pack
> I just ordered a new (replacement) TX NimH battery pack from Cermark. It
is a 1650mah pack. I've never had a NimH pack before so I'd like to find
out from the experts out there if there is anything I need to do differently
than a standard NiCad pack. Can I use my Alpha 4 to charge it? I do have a
Dymond charger that I can use and I know that it does support NimH but I'd
prefer to use the Alpha 4 because of its AC/DC versatility.
