Hi Tom,

It seems you are on a roll

How about contacting the company who manufactured my car. It's turned out to
be a bit of a dud. With your luck at the moment I could probably get it
replaced.

Cheers,

Peter

Hi ..me again

As you all know I have had some bad luck lately. Things appear to be on the
improve!

Just recently there were some discussions regarding the deformation of the
inlet tubes on ES pipes.
I must admit that when it happened to me ( 2 years ago )I never contacted ES
about my predicament. I just put it down to experience.

ED contacted me after he saw the discussion just recently and he seemed
genuinely concerned as to 'why' I had not told him about it. So I sent him
some pictures showing the deformation along with a poor explanation as to
why I just was too lazy to do something about it at the time.

He is replacing my pipe.. NOW consider this. When the vendor chases the
consumer to replace an item....THAT is terrific service. I t does not get
better than that in my book!

I must admit that my outlook on suppliers has completely changed just in the
past week. Guys..there are some terrific suppliers/people out there,
support them, as it is obvious to me now how they support US.

Keep up the good work..you all know who you are.

Ok..enough from me..over and out

Tom
