Engine runs lean, old Webra 61. Who can help?

You may want to check the low speed needle, it may be too far in affecting
the high speed side. Try backing out the low speed needle and readjust the
high speed. I have seen several supertigre engines do this. Being that you
have a ST carb, this may be the problem.
