Interesting question -
Guess it falls mostly onto Granelli's plate, as Dist champ
rules/procedures are up to each district
If it was a "non-standard" contest in any way I'd say the
answer is clear- it doesn't count.

If I understand this one, it was sanction applied for and
run like a standard contest, just sanction got lost in the
local district -?   So, does D1 throw out a D2 contest on
a technicality?   Guess that's why Granelli gets the 
"big bucks".  <VBG>

Will having it in/out impact our district winners?

A belated response - yea, about time for a dinner meeting.
The ladies got one ahead of us a while back.
