the RCA05-1 that is current is easier to read.

I have re-scanned RCA05-1 at a higher resolution, but I'm not sure it is much better.  The problem is working from a 3rd generation copy, then going through about 4 other conversions to get it to a PDF.  RCA05-1 is a higher resolution, and larger page, but also much larger file that will take longer to download.

If this is better for everyone, I will re-scan everything.  It does no good if you can't read it!  

I sent a note out to the officers, but no one responded, other than Ron Van Putte, and he thought it was OK.  Maybe no one is interested enough!  Anyway, please send me an e-mail with your thoughts (EVERYONE!).  I'll get busy tonight and re-scan everything if I need to!

ALL:

I have just finished up creating a page that has all of the 2005 rules proposal for R/C Pattern on it.  The page lists all of the proposals, and has a PDF file of the complete proposal.  This will enable you to view the complete proposal, just the way the proposer submitted it to the Rules Committee.  You can then review, and decide.  Then, it would be appropriate for you to contact your AMA District rules committee member (it is listed in the back of Model Aviation), and tell them how you want them to vote!  

Now is the time to review these proposals.....  Voting by the committee will be done in the Spring.  The proposals that pass will become law on 01/01/05, and will be good until 12/31/07.  

I am sorry this took so long to get done, but it is done at last!
