Shall we say ELITE attitude....No Pattern guys
are not arrogant Elitists
Why chase these guys away.
About a year ago I attended the D6 Champs in
Lubbock. Many or these guys came up from Mexico to
attend the contest. These
guys all 12 of them I think there were. These
gentlemen were
enthusiastic and the life of the party....And with a
total contestant number
in the low 30's these 12 pilots were definitely the
biggest influence....Not
to mention they all flew Sportsman...and were one of
the nicest groups of
people I have met in the modeling. I'll stand up for
them
anytime!
So relax and let the new blood enjoy this list.
They have a connection with each other and can relate
to each other in a
different way. By this list being open to them it
might be an opportunity to
further the pattern community in the South American
countries like
Mexico.
Besides this list has no rules about any
language, nor should it....
Does anyone's life revolve so much around this
list that they can't hit the delete key on a open
public conversation that
doesn't include them.
Come on this is not Politically correct
stuff its a matter of arrogance and an elitist view
of the rest of the
modeling world.
If it is not in English I can't read it. But it
doesn't concern me either.
I would be happy if this list had Japanese
pattern pilots, French, Polish, Russian, and German
on it. I think it would
great to have a single clearing house of
information....If you really wanted
to know what they are saying go to Google and use the
translator functions its
free and easy to use.
enough said, Francisco and crew enjoy. If we can
help you guys out by all means ask.
I'm not taking any flack on this I have the
delete key. I know that most members in this group
will agree. If anyone would
like to comment they can take this offline with me
and me alone.

Hi
Marty..
Then in all fairness to those that
prefer spanish rather than the universal language
should the K-Factor also
be offered in their preferred language? I am
serious. We in this country
have been reduced to offering ballots in many
languages, This all drive up
costs. If the K-Factor is forced to go that route
it will add expense. Where
does it all stop? And why is it encouraged? In all
fairness to many other
languages that are their home language then they
should also be allowed to
post in their preferred tongue. I do speak some
spanish but...
Flame suit on...
