The PDF idea is a great way to go. If you guys didnt want to handle it maybe the NSRCA would setup their site to do it. Especially since they already do the K-factor that way (PDF) the only issue would be what you need out of it cost wise. You may even chack with the printer the NSRCA is using if you want hard copies. But I agree the PDF is the wave of today and tomorrow.
