Howdy....
 
Flew the Focus for the first time yesterday.  What a sweet flying plane.  I
have the 3M 1.40 in front and it is a very nice motor.
 
I am using a F and A8 right now.  LHS was out of 5's.  Have some on order.
I am also using the Greve pipe.  I have the standard length header and about
a 1/2" gap between the pipe and header.  I am spinning a APC 17x10 running
Coolpower 15 % fuel.  This is an awesome set up.  I am new to this type of
motor so my set up may be way off.  We tached it at a tad over 8000.  This
motor is real strong.  I am not seeing any of the transition problems
reported with this set up.
 
The Focus is one smooth flying bird.  Almost TOO stable for a 3D guy like
myself......draws beautiful lines....
