the 140 turns that at 7,700, though the big-block undoubtedly has more unload.
The 140 with stock pipe has about 1/4" gap from the stock header for the 17-13,
and I can't imagine putting a smaller load on it.
Where's your pipe?

Flight performance was very similar to the OS 1.60 in the Temptation
