Maybe we should be calling him Papa pattern.? I don't hink he qualifies for Grandpa pattern? (VBG) I'm told one needs some snow on the roof top to get that distinguished title. Meant as a total and complementary credit to Dean.

  Boy, Dean,
You know more about every facet of this subject matter than all the rest of us combined!!!!!!! Aaand, what makes you intimidating is you are able to remember it all. Wheeew!
When I read most of your e-mails, I sit there staring at the text shaking my head and mumbling something like, " How the heck does he know ALL this stuff?"
  Awe-stricken,
  Georgie

GeraldWith 25% fuel, both my FZs would turn right at 8,000 with a 16-11. It's a beautiful flying prop, but a teeny bit noisy in the air. With stock compression, the FZ needles best on 25% so I never ran less. Expect 7,800 or so, which is right on the bottom of the RPM range the cam is designed for. Dean

Can anyone let me know what RPM's I should be getting on a 140FZ with a 16x11 APC on CoolPower 15%-20% ? or any RPM figures with this prop on your fuel of choice? Gerald Williams
