NSRCA District 2

Does any have the URL for the District 2 web site?  I've sent e-mails to
Frank Collinson and I'm not getting a response.  We are trying to get
our Northern Virginia contest on August 23-24, 2003 listed in the NSRCA
Contest Calendar.  Maybe some one on the list  can help.  A web flyer is
