Trapped in Florida? Escape to New Jersey?  Most folks look at it in a reverse manner!<G>
And, after looking at all the safety methods used, it seems to me that the really important underlying thread is: Just use *something* whatever it it may be.
I use the kite string method myself, (simple, strong, etc.) but they all seem to work.
The alternative is unacceptable.
